This Shipping Policy explains the current fulfilment, delivery, and shipping-charge terms for orders placed through StarDivaStudio.
Fulfilment location and destinations
Orders are fulfilled by our team in Foshan, Guangdong, China. We offer worldwide shipping to the countries and regions currently enabled at checkout. Available destinations and shipping services can change because of carrier, customs, or service restrictions.
Order processing
Orders are normally prepared within 2–7 business days after payment verification. Weekends and public holidays are not business days. Processing time is separate from transit time.
If an order contains multiple items, it may be dispatched together when all items are ready. We will contact you if a material stock or fulfilment issue prevents us from shipping an item.
Shipping services, costs, and estimates

Free standard shipping is available worldwide on orders over USD $50. The destination, service, and final charge shown at checkout are authoritative. An option that is unavailable for a particular address will not be offered.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs review, remote-area service, severe weather, carrier disruption, and peak periods can extend delivery time.
Tracking
When an order is dispatched, we send a shipping confirmation with a tracking number or link. Tracking events may not appear immediately after dispatch. For help, see our tracking guide.
Address changes and failed delivery
Review your address before payment. Contact Support@stardivastudio.com within 15 minutes if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee a change after fulfilment begins. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect, incomplete, refused, or unclaimed delivery may be deducted from a refund where permitted by law.
Taxes, duties, and import charges
Taxes or duties collected through checkout will be shown before payment. Unless checkout expressly states that a destination's import charges are included, customs or local authorities may assess charges after dispatch. Those charges are the recipient's responsibility. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification for your destination.
Delivery problems
If tracking shows a delivery problem, or the delivery estimate has passed, email Support@stardivastudio.com with your order number. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, follow our Refund Policy.
