Track Your Order

After your order is dispatched, we send a shipping confirmation with a tracking number or tracking link.

1. Open the shipping confirmation email.
2. Select the tracking link, or copy the tracking number.
3. If needed, paste the tracking number into 17TRACK. A tracking number—not your StarDivaStudio order number—is required on the carrier-tracking site.

Carrier events can take time to appear after dispatch. If the estimated delivery window has passed or the tracking information appears incorrect, contact Support@stardivastudio.com and include your order number.
